We believe that no one knows our dancers better than us!
Choreography for all competitive dance routines is created with our in-studio award-winning faculty specifically with our studio dancers in mind.
Tailored to the ages of our dancers in each group, dancers learn age-appropriate choreography, concepts, and technique with an emphasis on performance quality and injury prevention.
At Imagery in Motion, we DO NOT promote or agree with the unnecessary adultification, hyper-exploitation, or hyper-sexualization of dancers.
IMD Elite Team

ages 4-18yrs
A program tailored to the serious-minded dancer with a love of dance that shines bright.
Dancers train in all styles of dance and acro, attend local conventions and workshops, and compete on both regional and national levels.

Our positive and encouraging team culture sets the Elite Team apart from local competitive teams. We pride ourselves on emphasizing the importance of teamwork, team goal-setting, and leadership. Dancers of all ages experience the chance to be role models and leaders.

IMD Elite Pro Track ages 9+ (new for 2025-2026)
Pro track is for the dancer who wants to pursue dance beyond the studio, either in college, professionally, or as a career track. These dancers are part of the IMD Elite team and will have additional technical training and will attend all IMD Elite events as well as additional conventions in which they will compete.
Pro track auditions are Tuesday, June 24th, at noon
Dancers will choreograph a 1-minute solo and will be asked to improv and learn a combo to perform during the audition.
IMD Drill Co.

ages 7-17yrs
Our Drill Company prepares dancers for high school dance teams and officer lines. Dancers train in multiple dance styles and strength training with an emphasis on pom, kick, and jazz techniques.

IMD Drill Co dancers perform at local area events, attend regional conventions, and have the opportunity to attend dance workshops and camps.
