Frequently Asked Questions

Does my dancer need experience?

No. We offer classes for dancers with different levels of experience, including beginners.

Can my dancer take more than one style?

Absolutely. Many students enjoy combining styles such as ballet and jazz or hip hop and musical theatre.

Is ballet required?

Ballet may not be required for every recreational dancer, but it is strongly encouraged because it supports technique, strength, alignment, and control in other styles.

What should my dancer wear?

Attire requirements depend on the specific style. Review the guidance next to the class style.

Can dancers move into competitive programs later?

Certainly. Our recreational tracks provide a great technical foundation for students aiming for IMDC, IMD Elite, or the Pro Track.
